Volunteer Introduction

Volunteer Responsibilities
1. Product placement and photography
- Work closely with the team to prepare products for photoshoot and ensure they are clean and tidy
- Assist in taking high-quality product photos and creating visually appealing posts
2. Photo editing
- Use editing software to enhance and optimize product images for online publishing
- Ensure product photos meet our brand aesthetic and quality standards
3. Inventory management
- Organize and sort incoming inventory to ensure accurate product quantities
- Assemble and measure products for online product launch
- Helps maintain a neat and efficient storage area
4. Online product launch
- Work with the e-commerce team to create Shopify product listings
- Conduct copywriting techniques research to write compelling product descriptions
- Assist with potential pricing studies to ensure competitive and market appropriate pricing strategies
Activity Requirements
1. Volunteers need to complete the online training course before their first volunteer service
2. All volunteers must be at least 16 years old
3. Volunteers under the age of 18 must provide a waiver signed by their parents or guardians
4. Volunteers must wear green label safety shoes that meet CSA standards. (If necessary, they can be provided to volunteers on site)
5. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for photography
6. Basic knowledge of photography and image editing software is a plus
