The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall is a non-profit charitable organization that operates two of Canada's premier concert halls. The hall showcases the world's greatest performers in all disciplines and is an important venue for a variety of events in downtown Toronto's business and entertainment district.
The hosts are dedicated to showcasing shows from emerging artists to the biggest names in the arts and entertainment world - from classical and jazz to world music, rock and comedy. Lectures were held not only at Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, but also at other venues across the city.
Join the online youth volunteer program for 10 weeks of arts-based workshops including songwriting, vocal training, improv, magazine production, and more to help students gain new leadership skills, meet music and cultural professionals, and make friends new friend! Explore creativity with workshops on zine making, composition, instrumentation, songwriting, and more, and earn hours of community service. Your volunteer experience will give you insight into the behind-the-scenes workings of art venues, giving you the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to your community.
