DramaWay was founded in 1999 by Danielle Strnad. Danielle saw an opportunity in the community to provide creative arts programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with an emphasis on a unique, compassionate, process-oriented approach to the arts in education. Danielle's philosophy of putting the needs of the participants first has always been a core pillar of DramaWay. DramaWay currently offers 15 programs in the fine arts each week in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), serving over 450 individuals. DramaWay is also an approved educational program partner of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB).

Join DramaWay, a warm organization dedicated to providing creative arts programs for people with different abilities . As a volunteer arts program assistant, you will help promote inclusive arts education including drama, dance, music, etc.

Your role:
Participate in project planning, support participants, assist in event running, and inject your creativity and enthusiasm into this vibrant community. Your contribution will help enhance the artistic and social skills of participants and bring about real change!
