The Euclid Mathematics Contest is a mathematics competition held by the School of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo for high school students around the world. It is the most valuable and recognized competition in Canadian high schools and is known as the "TOEFL in mathematics." The University of Waterloo has the only mathematics school in Canada and the largest in North America. The Euclid Contest has been held since the 1970s. In the past five years, it has attracted more than 20,000 students to participate each year , and 95% of our students have won awards!
Video interviews are increasingly being used in the application process for top universities. They are an important way for admissions officers to get a more comprehensive understanding of applicants’ academic background, personal interests, and future plans. Compared to traditional written applications, video interviews are more flexible and give you the opportunity to show a more personalized side.
