As an airport volunteer , you will have the opportunity to interact with travelers from all over the world , providing them with valuable help, information and a warm welcome. Every day, volunteers on the Welcome Team at Pearson Airport help fulfill the airport's promise to provide an excellent service experience for every passenger. Whether it's a friendly greeting, giving someone directions, or helping passengers complete their journey with ease and joy, the Welcome Team is always there to lend a hand!

• Warmly welcome passengers throughout the terminal

• Provide directions to restrooms, restaurants, gates and airport services

• Respond to basic passenger inquiries with thoughtful, enthusiastic and accurate answers

• Enhance the overall passenger experience at Pearson Airport

• Team Volunteers Welcome: Opportunities available for all who love to help others to work one four-hour shift every two weeks, providing passenger support.

• Junior Ambassador Program: Provides participation opportunities for high school students who complete community service, with a minimum of 40-60 hours.

• Co-op Program (College and University Students): Provides an opportunity for students to develop their customer service skills and complete internship hours, at least one four-hour shift per week.

• Team volunteers are welcome: at least four-hour shifts every two weeks

• Junior Ambassador Program: 14 years of age or older and attending secondary school in the Greater Toronto Area

• Partnership Program: Studying at a college or university in the Greater Toronto Area
