It is based in the Greater Toronto Area and gradually radiates to the eastern United States to cultivate students with practical abilities and a comprehensive world view. 11 years ago, a mother, with the original intention of helping all special children in Canada, established GPS (Gifted People Service), a public welfare organization, hoping to become a GPS navigation for every family with special children and help them guide the direction in all aspects.
